Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers

One framework for everything I publish and every conversation we have. Written in clear language: each clause opens in plain words, so you always know where we stand.

Part A
Terms for Online Content
Everything I publish on every platform: X, YouTube, Instagram, Substack, newsletters, and any future channel. Information and opinion, not advice; my voice, not my companies'.

Part B
Terms for Calls & 1:1 Answers
How I engage with readers: 1:1 and group calls, answers by email or DM, occasionally a specific case or a strategic call. Best-effort, with clear booking and refund rules.

Part C
Privacy Policy
Minimal collection, careful handling of sensitive information, never sold. What you share in confidence stays in confidence.
Read the policy →
In brief
  1. Independent analysis. Everything I publish is my own research and perspective, shared to inform your thinking, not to substitute your advisors. Content terms →
  2. My voice, not my companies'. I speak for myself. No company I own, represent, or advise reviews or endorses what I say.
  3. Real conversations. I don't consult in the traditional sense, but I engage: 1:1 and group calls, answers by email or DM, occasionally a specific case or a strategic call. Candid, best-effort, and yours to verify. Session terms →
  4. Clear counterparts. When you book and pay, your contract is with the entity operating that channel, under its own notices.
  5. Skin in the game, disclosed. I hold interests in the space I cover. Weigh my words as you would any interested party's, then verify independently.
  6. Fair terms. Cancel 72 hours ahead for a full refund; closer than that, reschedule once. This page is the single reference for all of it.
  7. Private by default. Personal information is collected minimally, stored cautiously, and never sold; what you share in confidence stays confidential. Privacy Policy →
Part D

Independence, Conflicts & Financial Disclosures

Standing disclosure of roles, interests, and the boundary between opinion and promotion. Applies to the Content and the Sessions alike.

D1Roles & financial interests

In shortI have business interests in the space I write about.

Alessandro Palombo founds, owns, operates, advises, represents, or holds financial interests in companies and investment vehicles active in areas covered by the Content and Sessions, currently including Bitizenship and Bitizenship Capital, among others, through different structures carrying both direct and indirect interests. The specific entities, structures, and products involved may change over time; where a particular channel or offer is operated by such an entity, that channel identifies the entity in its own legal notices.

D2Conflicts of interest

In shortI aim to be objective. Still, I have active products in this space, so assume I might benefit, and verify independently.

Objectivity is the primary goal. The Content and the Sessions aim to be as objective as the subject allows, and analysis is prepared independently, not as paid placement. That said, you should be aware that products operated by affiliated entities are active at any given time, and that the publication also serves to support research for new products.

For this reason, assume a potential conflict of interest exists whenever the Content or a Session touches products, programs, or services in which such an entity has an interest. Alessandro Palombo and/or affiliated entities may benefit, directly or indirectly, if you engage with those products or services. This standing disclosure is made once, here, for all channels. It does not make any content advice; it means you should weigh it as you would any statement by an interested party, and verify independently.

D3No financial promotion

In shortOfficial product documents always beat anything I say or write.

Nothing in the Content or in any Session constitutes a financial promotion, an offer, or a solicitation to any person in any jurisdiction where such communication would be unlawful or would require registration, licensing, or approval that has not been obtained. References to investment products describe products that affiliated companies operate; any decision to invest must be based exclusively on the official documentation of the relevant product (offering documents, prospectus, subscription agreements), your own due diligence, and advice from your own professional advisors. In case of any inconsistency between the Content or a Session and the official documentation of a product, the official documentation prevails. Forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain and are not commitments.

Part E

General Provisions

Applies to Parts A, B, and C.

E1One framework, all channels

In shortThese pages are the single reference point across everything I do.

These pages, published at legal.alepalombo.com and including the Content terms and the Session terms, form the master legal framework for the Content and the Sessions and are incorporated by reference into every channel, profile, publication, booking flow, and communication that links to them or refers to "terms," "T&C," or "disclaimers" of Alessandro Palombo.

  • Should any question, claim, or dispute concerning the Content or a Session arise, the version of these pages in force at the relevant time applies.
  • Channel-specific terms published by the operating entity of a paid channel prevail over these pages for that transaction, to the extent of any conflict; in everything not regulated there, these pages apply.
  • By continuing to access the Content or by booking or attending a Session, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

E2Dispute resolution & governing law

In shortTalk to me first; most things resolve in one email. Formally, the law follows the entity behind the channel you used.

Step one: notice and discussion. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to send a written description of the issue to the contact address below and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. Most issues are resolved at this stage.

Step two: governing law and forum. If the issue is not resolved:

  • Content. Disputes concerning the Content alone are governed by the laws applicable at the habitual residence or place of establishment of the publisher at the time of publication.
  • Everything else. Disputes concerning Sessions, bookings, payments, or any other interaction or transaction are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of the operating entity of the channel used, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place. For example, if the operating entity is a United States company: the laws of its specific state of organization and the state and federal courts located there. If it is a Singapore company: the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore. In each case the entity is identified in that channel's own terms or legal notices.
  • Business counterparties. Where you act as a business rather than a consumer, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration where the operating entity's own terms so provide, seated in the jurisdiction of that entity.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights, or any non-waivable right to bring or defend proceedings, that you hold under the laws of your country of residence.

E3Changes & severability

In shortTerms can change; the version in force when you booked or read applies.

These terms may be updated at any time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. For Sessions, the version published at the time of your booking applies; for Content, the version published at the time of your access applies. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its intent.

E4Privacy & data

In shortYour data is handled by the channel you actually used.

Personal data provided through a specific channel (registration, booking, payment, correspondence) is processed by the operating entity of that channel in accordance with the privacy policy published on that channel. These pages themselves do not collect personal data. The consolidated Privacy Policy sets the baseline for how sensitive information is handled across channels.

E5Contact

In shortQuestions? Just email me.
